You have active support tickets. Read - 05/14/2012
Nearly a week after we enquired why we ddn't have contact with my account rep now, and repeated the queston that I asked, the "block" appeared saying "You have active support tickets. Read"

It just repeat
Active support issues (tickets):
and underneath the block saying
View Closed tickets

nothing to read!!!!
